Polisi Cymedroli - Moderation Policy

Pwrpas y llwyfan Dialogue yw annog trafodaethau agored a pharchus gyda’r cyhoedd ar faterion sy’n cael eu hystyried gan Medrwn Môn a Chymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn, yn ogystal â darparu gofod ar gyfer cyflwyno a gwerthuso syniadau prosiect am gyllid.

Mae'r platfform hwn yn eich galluogi i naill ai gyflwyno syniadau prosiect neu wneud sylwadau a phleidleisio ar y syniadau a gyflwynwyd gan eraill. Er mwyn sicrhau bod y broses hon yn deg ac adeiladol, mae Medrwn Môn a Chymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn yn gweithredu polisi cymedroli i sicrhau bod pob cyfraniad—boed yn gyflwyniadau prosiect neu’n sylwadau—yn briodol, yn barchus, ac yn rhydd rhag niwed. Cymedroli yn cael ei berfformio gan Medrwn Môn a Chymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn, yn unol â'r telerau a nodir isod.

Ni ddylai sylwadau a chyflwyniadau:

  • Bod yn ddifenwol o unrhyw berson;
  • Cynnwys iaith anweddus, sarhaus, atgas, neu ymfflamychol;
  • Hyrwyddo gwahaniaethu ar sail hil, rhyw, ailbennu rhywedd, priodas a phartneriaeth sifil, crefydd neu gred, beichiogrwydd a mamolaeth, cenedligrwydd, anabledd, cyfeiriadedd rhywiol, neu oedran;
  • Datgelu enw, cyfeiriad, rhif ffôn, e-bost, neu unrhyw ddata personol arall unrhyw unigolyn heb eu caniatâd;
  • Aflonyddu, cynhyrfu, embaras, dychryn neu gythruddo unrhyw berson arall;
  • Cynnwys hysbysebion, hyrwyddiadau masnachol, neu sbam; • Bod yn ddyblyg (gan ailadrodd yr un cyflwyniadau neu sylwadau sawl gwaith);
  • Torri'r gyfraith, gan gynnwys ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i ddifenwi, torri hawlfraint, anogaeth i weithgarwch anghyfreithlon, neu dorri cyfreithiau diogelu data. Rhaid i sylwadau a chyflwyniadau gydymffurfio â'r cyfreithiau sy'n gymwys yng Nghymru, Lloegr, ac mewn unrhyw wlad y cânt eu postio ohoni.

Rydym yn annog cyfranogiad agored, p'un a ydych yn cyflwyno prosiect neu'n gwneud sylwadau ac yn pleidleisio ar syniadau, ond rhaid i bob cyfraniad fod yn deg, yn gynhwysol, yn berthnasol ac yn adeiladol. Mae cymedrolwyr yn cadw'r hawl i ddileu cyflwyniadau neu sylwadau nad ydynt yn cyflawni'r diben hwn ac sy'n cydymffurfio â'r telerau a amlinellir uchod.

Rydym yn gwerthfawrogi eich cyfraniadau, a'n dymuniad yw dileu cyn lleied o bostiadau â phosibl tra'n sicrhau bod trafodaeth adeiladol â ffocws yn digwydd. Byddwn yn ceisio cyhoeddi cymaint o bostiadau ag y gallwn ond ni allwn warantu y bydd pob post yn cael ei gyhoeddi. Nid ydym o dan unrhyw rwymedigaeth i chi nac unrhyw berson arall i oruchwylio, monitro neu gymedroli'r drafodaeth a gallwn roi'r gorau i gymedroli ar unrhyw adeg.

Os oes gennych gŵyn am eitem o gynnwys a gynhyrchir gan ddefnyddwyr ar y wefan hon, neu os ydych yn teimlo bod eich cynnwys eich hun wedi'i ddileu mewn camgymeriad, cysylltwch â ni.

       

The purpose of the Dialogue platform is to encourage open and respectful discussions with the public on issues being considered by Medrwn Môn and Cymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn, as well as to provide a space for submitting and evaluating project ideas for funding.

This platform enables you to either submit project ideas or comment and vote on the ideas submitted by others. To ensure that this process is fair and constructive, Medrwn Môn and Cymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn operate a moderation policy to make sure all contributions—whether project submissions or comments—are appropriate, respectful, and free from harm. Moderation is performed by Medrwn Môn and Cymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn, in accordance with the terms set out below.

Comments and submissions must not:

  • Be defamatory of any person;
  • Contain obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory language;
  • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, religion or belief, pregnancy and maternity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
  • Disclose the name, address, telephone number, email, or any other personal data of any individual without their consent;
  • Harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person;
  • Contain advertising, commercial promotions, or spam;
  • Be duplicative (repeating the same submissions or comments multiple times);
  • Break the law, including but not limited to defamation, copyright infringement, incitement to illegal activity, or breaching data protection laws. Comments and submissions must comply with the laws applicable in England, Wales, and in any country from which they are posted.

We encourage open participation, whether you're submitting a project or commenting and voting on ideas, but all contributions must be fair, inclusive, relevant, and constructive. Moderators reserve the right to remove submissions or comments that do not achieve this purpose and comply with the terms outlined above.

We value your contributions, our desire is to remove as few posts as possible while ensuring that a focused, constructive discussion takes place. We will try to publish as many posts as we can but we cannot guarantee that all posts will be published. We are under no obligation to you or any other person to oversee, monitor or moderate the discussion and we may stop moderating at any time.
